Plumb Medic comes through for the win...again! My water heater was old and the piping was wonky. Nick installed a better water heater and brought all the wonky stuff up to code. I always recommend Plumb Medic for plumbing needs. They're awesome!

Plumb Medic is my go to for water leaks and other plumbing issues. I have used them on multiple occasions to solve tricky issues that are typical of older homes. They were quick to come out and assess and quick to complete the project. Cameron, Cole, and Corey were polite, diligent, and frankly good at what they do. Happily recommend Plumb Medic to others and will use them should I have a new issue arise.

I rely on reviews a good bit but rarely write them. The glowing reviews are what led me to call Cameron/Plumb Medic LLC to get an estimate for installing a new Toto toilet that I ordered and had sitting in boxes in my hallway to replace my 43 year old Briggs toilet, yes 43 years ! Cameron returned my call immediately, was very knowledgeable and gave me a price that beat 2 other local plumbing companies even offering a discount for 2 toilets at once. I only had the one but am expecting delivery tomorrow for the second one. Cain and Eric came the next day to install my toilet. They were down to earth, easy to talk to , professional hardworking guys that knew their stuff! Plus, they are animal lovers like myself. I can honestly say that it was a pleasure having them at my house. They installed my new Toto and I plan to try to request them for the second Toto install. After using numerous plumbers/plumbing companies through the years I am happy and relieved to have found Plumb Medic and plan on making them my "go to " plumbers. This may sound odd but I do love my Toto !!! Barb Above review was several years ago. This 2nd review is from March 13 2026. Cameron and Corey came and installed a new Bradford White water heater for me. They did an exceptional job with attention to detail. Cameron noticed water seeping from an old connection above his work, accessed it and made the repair at no extra cost. I asked about replacing my 40 plus year old handle on the main water shut off to house at back of basement. Cameron was thoughtful enough to suggest that he could move it lower so I could reach it without a ladder -hopefully I won’t ever need to. He replaced it with a ball valve handle which is superior to the old school round handle that exterior faucets use and gave me a discount since they were installing the water heater. I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience. Plumb Medic , Cameron and crew are the BEST.

Cain and Eric were schedule to come and replace a weird leaking outdoor faucet and replace some stuff in a bathroom. They did this in the usual timely and professional manner. They noticed an indoor leak and opened the wall to find a bigger problem. Thank goodness and a mitigation company was called. At the same time I had a sewer problem and they quickly got Cole out to ream and camera the sewer. Highly recommend this service.

Called Plumb Medic after I got a 1300 water bill assuming I had a leak. Cole came out in a POURING rainstorm. Checked our meter outside getting soaked several times after shutting off house water, and came back to tell me we had no leak and there was no charge. I was shocked he would come out and not charge me. I will use Plumb Medic in the future for every plumbing issue. That’s amazing customer service.

Efficient and great service

We encountered the dreaded, dirty rusty water in our sinks and tubs and knew we needed to replace our water heater. I called Plumb Medic and after a brief discussion we were scheduled for a new install 2 days later. They were on time, on budget and the area was spic-and-span when they finished up. The quality of the joints and connections of the new copper piping needed was impressive - it was like a work of art. They were friendly, professional, honest and super easy and comfortable to do business with. I can highly recommend Plumb Medic without reservation!!

Plumb Medic was great to work with. We had a water issue and they came out quickly, figured out exactly what was going on, and explained everything clearly along the way. The technician was patient, knowledgeable, and really on top of his work. He also referred us to a water remediation company to dry out the affected areas, which made the whole situation much easier to handle. I really appreciated the professionalism and friendliness they showed throughout the process. Overall, a very good experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

The entire experience was great from start to finish. It started with a phone call with Cameron. He gave me an estimate and when I mentioned I was getting estimates from other businesses he provided me with several questions to ask them. Next step was an in person estimate. Cole came out, gave an estimate then emailed me what we had discussed. When Cole came out with one other person (I forget his name) they were early, finished the work soner than they said, cleaned up then the bill was what we were quoted. Great service, great people and reasonable prices. I would recommend them to everyone adn will use the again when we need them.

I called Plumb Medic after discovering water in my garage. The owner, Cameron, came to my home at 8:30pm and detected a slab leak behind the water heater. Repairs were made the next day. Cameron is very personable and professional. I highly recommend him and his team for all plumbing needs.

Cameron and Corey did a fantastic job replacing my tankless hot water heater. Everything was explained to me.

We have used Plumb Medic several times over the years for our plumbing needs. Cameron and his team have always been honest and professional. Recently we had a toilet installed in which Cameron himself came out and installed. He arrived within the window he promised given the busy holiday season, which is extremely rare these days. There were some defects with toilet we purchased from Home Depot, which caused the install to take longer than expected. He had mentioned prior to coming out that his kid had a Christmas program that day, but should be able to install the toilet in time. Due to the toilet defect I’m pretty sure he missed his kid’s performance, which killed me inside. I wished he would have told me, because I would have told him to go and come back tomorrow. This just proves Cameron’s dedication to his craft and his customers. We appreciate him and his family for his dedication and highly recommend him and his team to anyone who has plumbing needs. The gentleman that came was awesome! He explain everything he was looking at and how much it would cost beforehand. He told me if it was too much that he could break it down to what should he done first. He worked office fly and checked everything to make sure all was done correctly

Cameron and team are great guys and have always been good to finish projects and help in emergencies. I have used them to finish out a laundry room project, replace toilets, replace a water heater and fix a mainline break to my house. They have always been quick and fair! I have tried several companies and plumbmedic has always treated my emergencies as if it was their own home emergencies. Can’t go wrong with this company.

Cam and Jesse went above and beyond for us. From the initial call they were professional and courteous while walking me through what needed to be done on my basement rough in. The bid was very fair and they showed up on time and completed the job quicker than I expected. No corners were cut and the job was meticulously done. They also replaced my hot water heater. I can’t say enough about the Plumb Medic. It is very refreshing to work with a company like theirs. I highly recommend Plumb Medic for any of your plumbing needs.
